Our original blend of high-quality sencha by Yamauchi Shizukaen, a tea shop in Ube City that has been running for over 100 years, and organic Shiraori from Hitoyoshi, Kumamoto Prefecture.
Kaguya ¥600
The tea leaves are picked according to the rhythm of the moon. It's grown in a mortar-shaped basin surrounded 360 degrees by mountains. It has an energetic taste.

Processed at twice the normal temperature

With a gentle fragrance, mellow sweetness and bitterness, Japanese oolong tea has a
relaxing taste.
 Sannen Bancha ¥300
The main ingredient is the stem.
It takes about 3 years (sannen) from leaf cultivation to commercialization.
Cold-brewed green tea ¥450
A green tea that is customised to be water-brewed and made using plenty of Gyokuro tea leaves. It has a beautiful green colour and rich sweetness.

Taiwan Oolong Tea

To-Cho Oolong Tea ¥1200
The most famous oolong tea from Taiwan. The scent is refreshing and the sweetness stays in your mouth long after drinking the tea.
Alisan Oolong Tea ¥1600
The most popular high mountain tea in Taiwan. A high quality tea with a rich flavor and aroma, grown in a harsh environment over 2000m above sea level.
Lisan Oolong Tea ¥2000
The best tea out of Taiwan Oolong tea.
Among the many alpine teas, it has a particularly high-quality fragrance with
refreshing and elegant sweetness.

period and has been prized as a great medicine.
We smoothen the taste by mixing it with brown rice tea.
